We bought the wheel chair for a parent. The package arrived intact, and it was very easy to assemble. The assembly directions were not as detailed as we’d have liked, but we’re able to get it done with reference to the photo on the box. Initial impressions by the user were favorable.

I purchased this for my father because he needed a way to get around now that he is no longer able to get around very much on his feet. This electric wheelchair really opened up him being able to do his own daily tasks and be much more independent. It works fairly well on grass too as long as it's not too rough or uneven. He does still need help packing and unpacking his chair, but it is easily done in his small car. Overall he is very happy with it and has had no problems with it. Just make sure to keep it charged up, as the power does start do go down after the first 2 green lights are gone. For the cost you can't find better as far as I could find.

I purchased this wheelchair for my wife a little while ago but waited to provide feedback as the chair had not been thoroughly tested until now.
We took the wheelchair to Europe and, as advertised, the wheelchair was easily tagged and stored by the gate agents prior to boarding our flights. The wheelchair was approved and fit in our cabin during our river cruise.
The battery held its charge throughout the trip (10 days of moderate use) and was easy to maneuver through the streets, airports, and sidewalks.
My wife absolutely loves it and thanked me several times during the trip telling me it was a godsend.
Would buy it again but since this is so well built, I'm not sure I'll ever need to.

We needed a power wheelchair that was light enough for my wife to get it in out out of my truck and her car without difficulty. It can be a little bulky when trying to get it in and out of a vehicle. It is a little heavy but compared to other power chairs this is by far the lightest. The battery is easy to charge and has a long life. Just make sure to power it off when you are sitting in one place for some time. It has several speeds so you don't have to keep speeding up or slowing down. The turn radius is about zero but only after you have had practice driving it around. The hand control can go on either side which is a big plus. Gets a little muddled down on thick carpet and should not use it in wet grass or mud. Handles slopes and rough pavement/gravel just fine. The horn also comes in handy when trying to make your way through a group of people. Don't give up on it if you first have a hard time with it. Once you get the hang of it you'll really enjoy using this chair. This also works great when I am alone with my service dog as it was easy to train him to work with me in the chair. Finally, another benefit is you can switch from power to manual in case the battery runs out or in a situation where someone needs to push you. It is light enough for someone to push rather than being in one of those power carts or scooters. A great purchase and worth the money. (I went with the blue and black was as it was more stylish.)
